1. General Information Only

BeanFM, operated by Huewis LLC, provides educational tools and soundscapes intended to support pet desensitization and training sessions. The information, onboarding, guidance, and features in BeanFM are provided for general informational and educational purposes only.

2. Not Veterinary or Professional Advice

BeanFM does not provide veterinary medicine, diagnosis, treatment, behavior therapy, or individualized professional training advice. Nothing in the Service—including its onboarding, training guidance, soundscapes, recommendations, or other content—replaces an evaluation or advice from a licensed veterinarian, qualified animal trainer, certified behavior consultant, or other appropriate professional.

We encourage you to use BeanFM alongside professional support when appropriate, especially if your pet experiences severe fear, anxiety, aggression, injury, a sudden behavior change, distress, or any other health or safety concern. Seek prompt veterinary care for urgent or emergency concerns.

3. Your Responsibility

You are responsible for deciding whether and how to use the Service with your pet. Monitor your pet throughout each session and use your judgment about volume, duration, frequency, setting, and the suitability of any soundscape. Stop or adjust a session if your pet shows signs of distress or if you have any concern about your dog's well-being.

Individual pets respond differently to sounds and training approaches. We do not guarantee any particular result, improvement, behavior change, or suitability for a particular pet.

4. No Guarantee of Accuracy or Availability

We work to keep the Service useful and reliable, but we do not guarantee that its content will always be accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We may change, update, or remove content and features at any time.

5. Third-Party Content and Links

The Service may include content, services, or links provided by third parties. We do not control or endorse third-party content and are not responsible for its availability, accuracy, practices, or policies.
